"Jackson our bartender gave us outstanding service! Made great recommendations, was very polite and always seemed to be genuinely happy and it's was truly service with a smile! Would come back to sit at his bar! Chicken fried chicken is bomb and so was the baked potato!"

"Mikey was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, he was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He made some excellent suggestions that turned out to be spot-on, you can tell he really knows the menu and cares about making sure guests have a great experience. He checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive, and his friendly attitude made our meal even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his professionalism and positive energy. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to have Mikey as our server again!"

"We noticed Salt Grass Steakhouse when we visited the Grand Ole Opry and decided to return before a show at the Opry. We had no idea it was a chain restaurant & don’t typically review chains. We started with a Uncle Nearest. We both got the Wagon Boss Center- Cut Top Sirloin with salad & mashed potatoes. The salad was good and fresh. The steak was perfect and had a distinct salt flavor from the 7 season blend. Very good steak dinner before the show. The mashed potatoes were smooth and whipped fluffy. Excellent accompaniment with the steak. Very Nice dinner and atmosphere. The service was exceptional and would definitely return. Even though it’s a chain like Texas Roadhouse it’s a great dinner option and close to the Opry."

"Where's the beef? We found it tonight at Saltgrass Steak house! This place is waaaay better than Outback. The drinks we had were all delicious and refreshing. The fried pickle appetizer was battered from scratch and cooked perfectly. The loaf of bread was warm, fresh and multi grain with a hint of cinnamon. We had the Urban Cowboy that was cooked perfectly medium rare New York strip with grilled shrimp. We had asparagus as our side and added on a wedge salad. The salad was fresh and crisp. Everything was perfectly cooked 100%. Service was mediocre at best, nothing special and a few things were forgotten during our visit. Cool rustic feel with the Texas themed restaurant. Thank you."

"Went here on a Tuesday evening, around 5:00p, it was starting to get crowded. We did make a reservation, not required but helpful. Started off with the Maple Glazed Bacon, it was 3 slices of pork belly, came out Luke warm and was kinda tough. I believe it would have been better served hot. The Pats Ribeye was cooked perfectly, tender and full of flavor. I also have the Old Fashion, it was ok, definitely not the best I’ve ever had. The service started out great but waned off near the end. Took 15 minutes to get the servers attention just to start the “check out” process. All in all it’s a place to definitely go at least once."
